North Scottsdale Community Search Instructions

In order to allow you to generate the most accurate and complete search results, we have created a search portal directly in the Arizona Multiple Listing System (ARMLS) through which you can search and result community specific HOMES and CUSTOM LOTS. You WILL NOT have to enter any personal or private information; we allow you to search our properties without condition.

After you click the 'Proceed to ARMLS Search Portal' button below, you will be sent to an ARMLS login page. You will need to enter the following user name and password information (the login information is case sensitive so please enter the user name and password information in lower case, as it appears below):

User Name: guest
Password: password

Upon entering the user name and password in the appropriate fields, you will click a 'Log In' button. Your page will be refreshed after which, you will be able to click on any of the community searches available and result the relative community property results.
