The overall results for home and land sales in North Scottsdale for the year of 2006: Fewer homes sold. However, the $/sq.ft. continued to rise,
and not by a small percentage.
The overall results for lot sales in North Scottsdale, were just as we predicted; lot sales continued to move
in $/acre, and the fact that fewer sold in 2006 than 2005 may be attributed to the fact that there are fewer lots
available. What is interesting, is that some of the most serene land available, is in the 85262 zip code, and
that land is the least expensive land (per acre) in North Scottsdale.
