A resident of North Scottsdale since mid-1996, Maurice is a sales agent at Guardian Realty & Investment Group, LLC and an operating partner of several ventures in the Valley.
During the past 12 years, Maurice has been focusing on the technology side of business development specific to the residential real estate industry; developing and refining real estate related communication tools used by real estate agents and brokers across the Nation.
Maurice's long time residency in North Scottsdale has allowed him to gain an intimate understanding of the Arizona real estate market.
As a licensed real estate agent, Maurice negotiates for buyers and sellers as he continues to focus on the communications side of our business through the ongoing development of real estate tools allowing us to better communicate with our buyers and sellers.
